Lula Boo's Crafting Company is all things homemade and bringing new life to the old and discarded! I love making something beautiful either from scratch or taking something like a, not so pretty, water pitcher and turning it into something you might find from the 1800's! Lula Boo's is a crafting company filled with a little of this and a little of that, and so "A house of hodgepodge" was born!!!
Our Story
About three years ago my husband and I moved my mother from Idaho to Colorado so we could oversee her care. She, most unfortunately, had dementia. A way for us to spend some fun time together and a way to help stimulate her brain was to craft. It was such a wonderful time!
But I also benefitted from this time as well. I developed anxiety and crafting was a way to beat it! Well, I must have a lot of anxiety because I have taken over the whole house with crafts! It was my very patient husband, Robert, who suggested I start an online store.
I named it Lula Boo's after our little chug, Lulu. Always my ride or die, patient little shadow. We also have a wild and crazy 1 yr old labrador named Henry. And last but definitely not least is our flightless parakeet, Baby Berd. So, with all of them behind me on this, I feel ready to start this adventure with all of you!! I hope you enjoy what you see!
