This was a fun upcycle!!  I found this 80's toile painted mail/napkin holder at goodwill and thought...Hmmm let's see what we can do.  I think it turned out so cute.  That brilliant antebellum blue with the songbirds stands out in a gorgeous way!  The silk ribbon adds such a delicate touch.  Hang it on a wall with the magnoila flowers or set it on a table with like items.  It's sure to bring a bit of whimsy to any place you would like to display it!!
